Bill Smith’s commitment to service is his inspiration to teach. He has studied and taught Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years. Through teaching in health club and oriental medical college environments--as well as collaborating in academic research projects--Bill has helped many people successfully attain their personal goals through Tai Chi and Qigong.
Bill’s work with Alexsa Consulting brings a necessary body-oriented component to our consulting services. Tai Chi and Qigong benefit the business world by providing a unique way of understanding the “organizational development” of the physical body.
Training in these arts reduces stress while increasing focus and creativity. By tailoring programs to meet specific audience needs, Bill Smith brings modern relevance, effective instruction and accessibility to the traditional internal arts.
Bill is a senior student of John P. Milton, founder of Sacred Passage and the Way of Nature Fellowship. Bill is currently President of the International Sin Tien Wu Ji Qi Gong and Original Yang Tai Chi Association (ISOYA) and is certified as an instructor by Grandmaster David Chin.
“Tai Chi is desperately needed in a world where productivity often squelches creativity. In Tai Chi, creativity is productivity.”—Bill
“Your mind learns to relax; your body learns Tai Chi“--Bill |
